Privacy Policy for Knoxville Challenger

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, improve, and personalize the App. Information is collected only as necessary for the App's functionality, and we limit collection to what is reasonably required.

Personal Information

Personal Information is data that identifies you as an individual. We collect:

• Account Information: First name, last name, and email address provided during registration or authentication.
• Event Ticket Data: Information related to event tickets processed via Ticket Tailor (we do not store sensitive payment details).

Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal Information does not directly identify you but may be linked to your device or account. We collect:

• Device Information: IP address.
• Usage Data: Analytics and crash logs via Firebase Analytics to monitor App performance and improve functionality.
• Tennis Data: ATP live tennis data for tournament-related features.

Information from Third Parties

We receive limited information from third-party services you connect to the App:

• Authentication Services: Email address and name from Google Sign-In or Facebook Login via Firebase Authentication.

Apple and Google Disclosures:

• Data collection is limited to App functionality and analytics. We do not collect data for tracking across apps/websites or advertising.
• For iOS users: See our App Privacy Nutrition Label in the App Store for detailed data types and purposes.
• For Android users: See our Data Safety section in Google Play for disclosures on collection, use, and sharing.

We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health, financial beyond payments, biometric, or location data).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for legitimate purposes, including:

• Providing and maintaining App services (e.g., user authentication, event ticket management, displaying ATP live tennis data).
• Improving the App (e.g., bug fixes, performance analytics via Firebase).
• Personalizing your experience (e.g., tailoring tournament content based on your account).
• Communicating with you (e.g., support responses, tournament updates).
• Complying with legal obligations.

Data is processed on-device where possible; off-device transmission is minimized and secured. We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or purposes incompatible with those disclosed.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Data is only shared as follows:

• Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us (e.g., Firebase for authentication and analytics, Ticket Tailor for ticket processing, ATP for live tennis data) under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers are prohibited from using data for their own purposes.
• Business Transfers: In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with notice to you.
• Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, respond to subpoenas, or protect our rights or safety.

Linked to Identity: Personal data (e.g., name, email) is linked to your account for functionality. Analytics data is de-identified to protect your privacy.

For iOS: Third-party sharing is disclosed in our App Privacy Label. For Android: Sharing details are in our Data Safety section.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures (e.g., encryption, access controls, regular audits) to protect your information. Data transmitted to Firebase, Ticket Tailor, or ATP services is secured via HTTPS. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmit sensitive data only over secure connections.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only as long as necessary, no longer than 2 years from the end of the tournament event (November 9, 2025), unless required by law.

Your Rights: You can:

• Access or update your information via App settings or by contacting foundation@mcnabb.org.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing foundation@mcnabb.org (processed within 30 days, except for legal retention requirements).

For Android: Account deletion is available in-app or via email request. We do not collect location-based or sensitive data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for all ages and contains no age-restricted content. We rely on Apple and Google App Store parental consent mechanisms for users under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent. If we discover such collection, we will delete it promptly. 7. International Data Transfers

The App is not intended for international audiences. Data is primarily processed in the United States. If accessed from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with the new effective date. Significant changes will be notified in-app or via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
